★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino e accogliente, cibo quasi perfetto e molto saporito, sono stato abbastanza soddisfatto. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che la cucina fosse praticamente visibile a tutti. Consiglio la carne con il tartufo e la pasta all'ortica, piatti molto strani e particolari ma davvero buoni, secondo me sono i migliori.
 Very nice and cozy place, almost perfect and very tasty food, I was quite satisfied. I loved that the kitchen was practically visible to everyone. I recommend the meat with truffles and pasta with nettle, very strange and particular dishes but really good, in my opinion they are the best.

La burrata con le acciughe cantabriche è eccellente i tortelli pasta fina ottimi al palato.. porzioni abbondanti. Funghi accostati benissimo. Dolci fatti in casa.
Highly recommended restaurant. Recently renovated, the interior is pleasing to the eye. The menu features typical dishes, all of which are very very good. The burrata with Cantabrian anchovies is excellent the fine pasta tortelli excellent on the palate .. generous portions. Mushrooms combined very well. Homemade sweets.

Menù interessante e variato, non il solito menù toscano ma con alcuni ingredienti dalle altre regioni (i e carne salada e burrata) e con ricette particolari (i e pasta alle ortiche e alla crema di parmigiano).
Antipasti richi e abbondanti, molto buoni.
Primi eccellenti.
Dei secondi posso dire poco perché eravamo già pieni, il poco che abbiamo assaggiato era molto buono.
I dolci, e in particolare il loro tiramisù fatto in casa, erano deliziosi.
Il vino era buono.
One of the best restaurants in Amiata.
Interesting and varied menu, not the usual Tuscan menu but with some ingredients from other regions (i e carne salada and burrata) and with special recipes (i e pasta with nettles and parmesan cream).
Rich and abundant appetizers, very good.
Excellent first courses.
I can say little about the second courses because we were already full, the little we tasted was very good.
The desserts, and in particular their homemade tiramisu, were delicious.
The wine was good.
