L'esterno simpatico con i classici colori del mare e gradevole area esterna tenuta ordinata e pulita. Le unità della giusta misura e arredate di tutto compreso la lavatrice indispensabile per chi come me ha bimbi/e piccoli. La spiaggia libera o uno dei primi lidi é a circa 10 Min a piedi o giusto 2 minuti di auto dove c'è ampio spazio per fermare l'auto. Personale disponibile, cordiale. Misure anticovid applicate correttamente. The Residence Campitur is the right balance between tranquility and distance from the sea. The pleasant exterior with the classic colors of the sea and a pleasant outdoor area kept tidy and clean. The units of the right size and furnished with everything including the washing machine essential for those like me who have children / and small children. The free beach or one of the first beaches is about 10 minutes on foot or just 2 minutes by car where there is ample space to stop the car. Helpful, friendly staff. Anticovid measures applied correctly.

On reviendra sûrement, pas simple de trouver un lieu nous permettant d'être à l'aise avec notre bébé et notre chien. On s'est senti comme à la maison. Exceptional stay with an excellent welcome. Nothing to say, I highly recommend the beaches, the city and especially the campitur staff. We will surely come back, not easy to find a place where we can be comfortable with our baby and our dog. We felt at home.

È situato in una zona tranquilla ed è a pochi minuti dal centro e dal lungo mare dove è possibile trovare lidi ben attrezzati. Very nice as a residence, there are many apartments, dogs are accepted. It is located in a quiet area and is just a few minutes from the center and the seafront where it is possible to find well-equipped beaches.

Appartamento ristrutturato solo parzialmente, mobili datati compreso il letto con rete e materasso a molle vicini rumorosi (in vacanza si cerca tranquillità) dalle prime ore del mattino fino a tarda sera,. Non ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia a mio avviso. Our stay was in an apartment located outside the main building of the residence on the first floor of a residential building also managed by Campitur. Apartment partially renovated, dated furniture including the bed with spring mattress and noisy neighbors (on holiday you seek tranquility) from early morning until late evening. Not ideal for family travelers in my opinion.
O	Ottavia Cogliati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo approdati a Campomarino per caso, un paesino che non avevamo mai neanche sentito nominare… eppure Rossella e Salvatore, fantastici proprietari del residence, hanno saputo farci amare questo posto. È un paesino semplice, i sevizi non sono molti, ma il calore che si riceve al campitur, la cura per gli ospiti, la passione con cui viene gestita la struttura, ti fanno venire voglia di tornare. Le case sono in ordine, pulite e con arredi semplici ma funzionali, non manca nulla che renda piacevole la permanenza. Un aperitivo preparato e offerto dai fantastici proprietari, con l’obiettivo di far conoscere tra loro gli ospiti, ci ha consentito di fare amicizia con altre famiglie. E così una vacanza dal sapore indefinito si è trasformata nella più dolce delle sorprese! Voto: 5 stelle, perché la L con Google non si può aggiungere! We arrived in Campomarino by chance, a village we had never even heard of… yet Rossella and Salvatore, fantastic owners of the residence, have been able to make us love this place. It is a simple village, the services are not many, but the warmth you receive at the campitur, the care for the guests, the passion with which the structure is managed, make you want to come back. The houses are tidy, clean and with simple but functional furnishings, nothing is missing to make your stay pleasant. An aperitif prepared and offered by the fantastic owners, with the aim of introducing guests to each other, allowed us to make friends with other families. And so a holiday with an indefinite flavor has turned into the sweetest of surprises! Rating: 5 stars, because the L with Google cannot be added!
g	gianfranco moscatelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal personale che decantava la perfetta pulizia dell'appartamento, ma mio nipote, camminando scalzo, dopo poco tempo aveva i piedi neri e con sabbia. Quindi la pulizia era solo apparente. Le pulizie finali hanno un costo di 50 euro; pertanto decidiamo di farle da soli e a fondo. Ma siamo stati ripresi dallo stesso personaggio che decantava per aver ritardato il check out dopo le 10 di mattina, dicendoci che, per tale motivo, avrebbe dovuto far entrare i successivi clienti con 2 ore di ritardo. La nostra riflessione è stata che se fossimo andati via alle 10, anziché alle 11, ma lasciando l'appartamento da pulire, qualcuno l'avrebbe dovuto pulire prima della disinfezione finale per covid e che, visto che il check in è alle 17, di tempo c'è n'era in abbondanza. Oltretutto non è nemmeno venuto a vedere se fosse pulito e se ci fossero dei danni. Consiglio: lasciate appartamento in maniera decente ma non pulito a fondo , non ne vale la pena. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff who praised the perfect cleanliness of the apartment, but my nephew, walking barefoot, after a short time had black feet and with sand. So cleanliness was only apparent. Final cleaning costs 50 euros; therefore we decide to do them by ourselves and thoroughly. But we were reprimanded by the same character who praised for delaying the check out after 10 am, telling us that, for that reason, he would have to let the next customers in 2 hours late. Our reflection was that if we left at 10, instead of 11, but leaving the apartment to be cleaned, someone would have to clean it before the final disinfection for covid and that, since check in is at 5 pm, of there was plenty of time. Besides, he didn't even come to see if it was clean and if there was any damage. Advice: leave the apartment in a decent way but not thoroughly cleaned, it is not worth it.

Senz'altro da ritornare, magari in estate! We stayed a few days in the b & b for a short vacation. The apartment was well furnished and functional. Excellent cleanliness and hospitality. Definitely to come back, maybe in the summer!
