Il costo del biglietto indicato dal Comitato è di 15 € Comprende la visita e la degustazione di liquori e biscotti artigianali. Per tutto il mese di Ottobre è aperta solo nei weekend previa prenotazione anticipata di almeno 2 ore. Da Novembre sarà possibile visitare la Villa Manganelli Biscari tutti i giorni in un numero minimo di 6 persone, sempre previa prenotazione anticipata. Viagrande è il Borgo pedemontano, a due passi dall'Etna, in cui la Villa è situata. Il giardino è uno dei più straordinari esempi di impianto verde siciliano: il Parco superiore è ottocentesco, il Parco inferiore è un “giardino alla francese” settecentesco, mentre sul prospetto c’è un classico “giardino all’Italiana”.
