★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico girarrosto dove è possibile trovare ottimi polli. Quasi sempre ben cotti ma non bisogna avere fretta. A volte si trovano quelli ruspanti identificabili dalla pelle leggermente giallastra di gusto decisamente migliore.
Classic rotisserie where you can find excellent chickens. Almost always well cooked but don't be in a hurry. Sometimes you will find the identifiable free-range ones with slightly yellowish skin of much better taste.
