★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, close to train station. Usually hotels around train station are not at good area. Nicely decorated hotel. They have a closed parking area at the cost of 15 euro. Right near it, the police station is located. This causes the gathering of many immigrants in front of these places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has a nice style, plenty of good paintings and furniture, well located too. The breakfast was a little lacking and the water was not hot enough for a decent bath even though I asked and they said it would be changed to be hotter. Shame as the bath had a nice jacuzzi attachment to it. Internet was reliable.

First, after we called to inform them that our large group was arriving, they did not inform us that the street in front of the hotel was under construction and that we would have to park a block away. Also the entry, marble steps, have no hand rails and a guest with access issues slipped. Instead of being concerned with this guest’s well being they were more concerned with the decor of the hotel. The staff shouted rudely at our group. Very disappointing check in. While the hotel is beautiful, there needs to be training on basic etiquette to the staff and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location to start your visit to Lecce. Big rooms, clean and with airco. You can park your car in the hotel garage which is better than parking in the streets. The hotel is in walking distance to the city center. The hotel bar is small and can be skipped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff has been super nice and helpful, and adorable with our kids. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool is really nice and clean, and breakfast good. And there was bacon. Amazing location! We had a very pleasant stay, thank you again to the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The level of dirt and stains on the carpet throughout the hotel is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a four star hotel. Even in my room the carpet was totally filthy. And I know these aren’t permanent stains because I used a washcloth to remove a prominent stain on my carpet in two minutes flat. And before you go making any assumptions about me, I am a hamburger and coke and shorts and T shirt kinda guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were totally professional and very helpful but the hotel should not be rated as a 4 star. The amount of stains on the carpet is just gross. Hotel needs some serious renovation. The hallway walls are literally coming apart. Once again poor review is not related to the staff but to the state the hotel is in.
