★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute gem. The building is renovated exceptionally well (completely new interior in a 14th century monastery). Very close to historical city center. The food was the best we have had in Italy and the service ranked with the best service we experienced in the world. From our receptionist to the entire wait staff... Wow. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will be back.
