All'esterno fortunatamente ben curata, il resto della proprietà e stato diviso in appartamenti ormai tutti privati anche la struttura dei bagni. Da visitare la grotra da tempo non più chiesetta ma ancora suggestivo. Visitabile in occasione della Via dei Tesori, la villa merita uno sosta anche per ammirare il bel panorama sul molo e sulla prospiciente Villa Egea. Il percorso comprende la visita alla grotta dell'Acquansanta e a ciò che rimane dei vecchi stabilimenti termali, cioè solo la facciata dei bagni, oggi adibiti ad appartamenti privati!
