S	Simone Bertoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente la proprietà è convinta di avere una struttura favolosa ma bisogna spiegare a queste persone che per avere una struttura favolosa non basta una piscina o un parco stupendo fuori bisogna mantenere la struttura efficiente nuova pulita soprattutto cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani tutti i giorni e magari non far pagare i climatizzatori quando fuori ci sono milioni di zanzare non si possono aprire le finestre. comunque sicuramente possono migliorare lo faranno con il tempo ma per quanto riguarda me sicuramente non mi vedranno più, probabilmente con piacere reciproco. Piscina comoda e molto pulita, La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile Se di nuovo in questa zona torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo. Il nostro appartamento era ampio e silenzioso, circondato da alberi (quindi fresco) e dotato dei comfort necessari a una vacanza tranquilla. La colazione la mattina nel patio davanti casa (dopo aver fatto la spesa). Il grande spazio intorno con giochini per bambini e area bbq, la piscina, gli asinelli... insomma tutto perfetto per una vacanza mare relax. Non credo sia adatta a chi cerca il lusso, perché è un po' spartana. Ma se amate la tranquillità per voi sarà il paradiso! A Maremma farm transformed into rooms and apartments. La posizione è buona per la tranquillità e la vicinanza con il paese ed alcune spiagge, la macchina è però indispensabile. La biancheria dovete portarla da casa o in alternativa ve la forniscono loro, del tipo usa e getta, con sovrapprezzo. Mancano i Gadget in Bagno, non sono indispensabili ma fa sempre piacere trovarli sul posto. The location is good for the tranquility and proximity to the town and some beaches, however a car is essential. In primis la cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria sig.ra Nicoletta la quale a fronte di un disguido di prenotazione con Booking (infatti consigliamo di contattare direttamente la struttura!!!) ci ha offerto un ottima soluzione alternativa con gli spazi che ci aspettavamo. Stiamo godendo infatti di un confortevole appartamento con un bellissimo spazio esterno dove consumiamo gradevolmente le nostre colazioni/pranzi/cene nella tranquillità e immersi nella natura circostante. Un valore aggiunto la piscina situata in uno spazio appartato con tutti i confort (doccia sdraio e ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti ) con ampia disponibilità. La consigliamo VIVAMENTE!!!! An added value is the swimming pool located in a secluded space with all comforts (shower deck chairs and umbrellas available for guests) with ample availability. We HIGHLY recommend it !!!! Camera da letto spaziosissima e dotata di condizionatore e televisore, con accesso sul grande terrazzo dove poter prendere il sole, mangiare e ammirare la vista. Bagno funzionale con carta igienica, cucina ampia con il pentolame assolutamente funzionale. Tra l' altro cucina e tavolo esterno molto vicini, così rendendo agevole apparecchiamento e sparecchiamento. Piscina molto carina e Abbastanza pulita (per forza di cose ci cade qualche foglia) adatta per chi vuole fare qualche vasca e ammirare gli asinelli vicini. Proprietaria (o gestrice) davvero gentilissima. La migliore mai incontrata. Ci ha aiutato più volte e si è sempre dimostrata carinissima e sinceramente disponibile. È stato un piacere essere suoi ospiti. Non vengono fornite asciugamani né lenzuola (prenotando con booking) . La doccia è un pochino scomoda ma si tratta davvero di inezie. Very spacious bedroom with air conditioning and TV, with access to the large terrace where you can sunbathe, eat and admire the view. Functional bathroom with toilet paper, large kitchen with absolutely functional cookware. Among other things, the kitchen and outdoor table are very close, thus making it easy to set and clear them. Very nice and quite clean swimming pool (by force of things there will fall a few leaves) suitable for those who want to make a few pools and admire the donkeys nearby. Very kind owner (or manager). The best ever. He has helped us several times and has always proved to be very cute and sincerely available. It was a pleasure to be his guests. Towels and sheets are not provided (by booking with booking). The shower is a little uncomfortable but it is really trifles.
