Abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna, avvenuta con un mese di ritardo per problemi di reperibilità dei materiali, a quanto ci hanno detto. Questo ritardo ci ha ovviamente comportato dei disagi, come si vede da quanto segue, scritto al momento del ritardo nella consegna. Ditta comunque consigliata, infissi ottimi.
PRIMA RECENSIONE: Scarso rispetto dei tempi. Abbiamo dovuto interrompere i lavori di ristrutturazione e litigare con il negozio di mobili che ci voleva consegnare nei tempi pattuiti le due camere, perchè le finestre, che in questi giorni avrebbero dovuto essere montate, non sono ancora neanche lontanamente pronte. Forse le avremo tra un mese, ammesso che nel frattempo non sorgano altri problemi.
RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA: Purtroppo ognuno vede il proprio disagio, noi per primi. Capisco tutto: le difficoltà dei vostri fornitori, le vostre difficoltà, quelle della ditta che non sa più cosa fare, quelle del mobiliere che deve tenere il magazzino occupato. Non ultime, le mie, perchè contavo di finire per l'estate e mi troverò ad aver finito per l'autunno. Vabbe', è un periodo complicato. Detto questo, vi abbiamo scelti perchè convinti della bontà dei vostri prodotti e della vostra serietà. Attendo di poter modificare la recensione scrivendo che sono molto soddisfatta delle finestre e della porta. Fatemela scrivere quanto prima!
