Great store with great offers. The store is big and sell a lot of different things, but I was only interested in tech si I cannot speak for the rest. The items on sale have really cheap price compared with the other stores. Furthermore, they have a lot of choice.

I entered the store in an optimistic and upbeat mood, looking forward to the prospect of having a look around the store as I had intentionally travelled the extra distance as I know it is regarded one of the biggest and best electronics shop in the area. I approached a member of staff wearing a dark T-Shirt with CREW and his name (TOMMASO) written boldly on the front and enquired politely about special headsets for an old Lady with earing issues. I asked him if we could have a look at those headsets in order to see if they could be compatible with my nan's headshape. He said no. I saw then a box, which was already broken and opened and I had it in my hands and I wanted to ask him if we could at least have a look at this not sealed box... He saw me with the box in my hands and he started screaming loudly in front of everybody: "WHY DID YOU ASK ME IF YOU WANTED TO OPEN THE BOX IF YOU ARE OPENING THE BOXES ON YOUR OWN!?! DO AS YOU LIKE!! DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!!" I tried to explain to him that the box I was holding in my hands was clearly damaged and it has been already used several times. He kept shouting in a very arrogant way and he made me feel guilty and embarrassed for something that I didn't do nor was my intention to do. He left, without hearing what I had to say and he kept murmuring something I didn't understand... And he explained (accused me?) the episode to other members of the crew at the info point. I asked then for help to another member of the staff (a girl): she has been helpful but she kept looking at me as if I was about to steal something (she was probably influenced by Tommaso's side of the story). At this rate I intend on never visiting this store again and will discourage anyone I know who plans on visiting as I have never been so badly treated by customer service representatives in my life.
