Ci sono anche abbastanza scelte per vegetariani. Dolci particolari ma fatti con rispetto della tradizione! Ci torneremo appena possibile! Highly recommended! Cozy and cared for. Tried today for Easter Monday, excellent food and very nice owner! Excellent wines and truffle dishes. There are also enough choices for vegetarians. Special sweets but made with respect for tradition! We will be back as soon as possible!

Molto carino il locale, interno alla roccia. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ed il pezzo onesto. Dato che non è molto spazioso si consiglia la prenotazione. Fantastic! If you want to eat fresh truffles, this is the right place. The marzolino and truffle gnocchi are a delicacy. The restaurant is very nice, inside the rock. The staff are very nice and helpful and the piece honest. Since it is not very spacious, reservations are recommended.

Proprietari ci hanno accolto in modo molto gentile e ci hanno presentato i piatti e i vini accompagnandoci durante la cena. Entrambi molto preparati e molto cordiali. Purtroppo però i piatti non erano all'altezza del locale, antipasto buono, risotto molto slegato e con poco sale, e secondi non buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po altino. Però ho apprezzato molto la sincerità e disponibilità del proprietario. Sicuramente un locale che potrà fare meglio perché ha tutte le caratteristiche!! Restaurant located in a beautiful place in the middle of the streets of a small village overlooking a beautiful panorama. Owners welcomed us in a very kind way and presented the dishes and wines accompanying us during dinner. Both very knowledgeable and very friendly. Unfortunately, however, the dishes were not up to the standard, good appetizer, very loose risotto with little salt, and second not good. Value for money a bit high. But I really appreciated the owner's sincerity and availability. Definitely a place that can do better because it has all the characteristics !!

La prima volta andai con tutta la famiglia e ci trovammo veramente bene, per cui non riuscivo a capire tutta questa rabbia nelle recensioni riguardo il locale ed il cibo. Comunque ci sono ritornata dopo due anni e come allora, infatti, non mi ha delusa. Ho ordinato gli gnocchetti al marzolino (formaggio tipico della zona) e tartufo veramente speciali, mentre mio figlio ha preso i tagliolini funghi porcini e tartufo anche questi ottimi. Per secondo la braciola di maiale alle spezie molto buona. Il ristorante è piccolo, molto accogliente e pulito. Il servizio perfetto. Tutti prodotti di ottima qualità, pasta fresca preparata in casa. Che altro dire!!! Non posso giudicare i vini perché sono astemia ed i dolci purtroppo non li abbiamo ordinati. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Ve lo consiglio vivamente I wanted to understand why the latest restaurant reviews weren't good, so with my son we decided to go back. The first time I went with the whole family and we were really happy, so I couldn't understand all this anger in the reviews about the place and the food. However, I went back after two years and as then, in fact, it did not disappoint me. I ordered the gnocchetti al marzolino (typical cheese of the area) and really special truffles, while my son had the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffles, also excellent. For second the very good spiced pork chop. The restaurant is small, very cozy and clean. The perfect service. All products of excellent quality, fresh homemade pasta. What else to say !!! I cannot judge the wines because they are teetotal and unfortunately we have not ordered the desserts. The quality / price ratio is good. I highly recommend it

D	Don Snider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have eaten here two times. Once 7 years ago and May of 2018. The food has been consistently one of the best in our many travels to Italy. The restaurant is small and comfortable with excellent service. It specializes in dishes with tartufo. They also have a filletto of beef that is excellent. Get it rare. It is aged in a special way that leaves it very tender. It is prepared with tartufo and nocciolo. It is wonderful. The gnocchi with cheese and tartufo is the best I have ever eaten. The current owner took over from his friend but the chef is the same. This is a don't miss restaurant that is worth going out of the way to visit. The town is very unique as it is built around an extinct volcano cauldron. The setting of the restaurant provides a beautiful view from the exterior and it is pleasantly and artfully decorated.
