★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the food really was not good here, we tried the seafood risotto and the lasagne and neither were good. I don't like to leave bad reviews but in this case it felt justified. Maybe they were just having an off day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a journey from hell, along winding bumpy roads, on the Parc Albatros shuttle bus, we stumbled across the Vineria Etrusca restaurant in San Vincenzo. Despite its inviting al fresco dining facilities beckoning us in, sadly there was insufficient seating and we were shown indoors. Whilst waiting patiently for our food to arrive (which included pizza) we quickly became aware of the acrid smell of burning dough eminating from the kitchen. A minute later the food for 3 of us arrived. However, there was a further delay of 2 minutes (presumably whilst they scraped the pizza base) for the 4th order. On the whole the food was good except the pizza which tasted bitter from the smoke. Our 11 y.o. daughter was too polite to mention it; it was only when we tried it did we realise.
At the end of the meal we mentioned the pizza was burnt as 'polite feedback'. The waitress told the owner who started flapping his arms around and gave me the death stare. When we settled the bill with him he was in complete denial about the problem. Simultaneously, as if by careful orchestration, another plume of acrid smoke wafted from the kitchen and drifted innocently past the Vietato Fumare sign on the bar. The owner didn't even flinch ... presumably because that is a normal event! Would have given 3 stars but the owner's arrogance and complete lack of customer service demotes this place to a 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite not being too busy it was nearly impossible to get a menu card & even more difficult to order food.
The bread served was dry, without taste, not really worth eating & served without butter or oil.
Once ordered the food took very long & one person only had his fish once the others finished eating.
The fish main course came without any side dishes & we were also not asked if we need led any.
A little salad was quickly ordered & the fish tasted good, possibly because of the long wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the way to the toilet we noticed that the "chef"was puting tomato sause on the cold READY(already ealier baked out)thick ,pizza dough!Pizza like this we can find in the supermarkt! No drinks menu avaiable, they make up high prices out of their heads and you can't discuss it because?Yes ...there is no drinks menu avaiable and you have already ordered. For taking the place"coperto" by the table they are charging 2 euro per persoon ( New corona rules of course) .Horrible place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was ok. The bread was terrible, the drinks are overpriced. The price to food quality ratio is one of the worst. I would recommend another restaurant. The only reason i gave it a 2 stars is for the pretty ambience. Not what i would recommend.
