Località a due passi dal mare. Spacious, bright and complete apartment. Coffee machine, television, kettle, fridge and everything needed for cooking. Modern and spacious bathroom, large shower. Complete with sheets and towels. Found perfectly clean and exceptional, pleasant and helpful! I will definitely be back soon. Location near the sea.

A 5 minuti dal centro storico di Massa Marittima, dalle stanze dell'ultimo piano, si può godere la vista sul magnifico campanile del duomo. Pulito, ordinato e dotato di confort moderni (Wi-Fi, tv led, bagno ampio e comodo). Come casa vacanze è un punto strategico per chi vuole vedere Massa Marittima ed al tempo stesso andare al mare presso Follonica o prendere il traghetto per l'Elba. Il padrone di casa, Cesare, squisitamente gentile e disponibile. Superb old building, revisited while maintaining originality. 5 minutes from the historic center of Massa Marittima, from the rooms on the top floor, you can enjoy the view of the magnificent bell tower of the cathedral. Clean, tidy and equipped with modern comforts (Wi-Fi, LED TV, large and comfortable bathroom). As a holiday home it is a strategic point for those who want to see Massa Marittima and at the same time go to the sea near Follonica or take the ferry to Elba. The host, Cesare, is exquisitely kind and helpful.

Ottima la posizione, attaccato al centro di Massa eppure distaccato, garantisce così la tranquillità. Pulito, corredato di tutto, WiFi, televisore, bagno completo. Parcheggio privato. Un bel giardino. Senza dubbio da andarci. In a beautiful renovated old building, this structure rises, offering both rooms and apartments. Excellent position, attached to the center of Massa yet detached, thus ensuring tranquility. Clean, equipped with everything, WiFi, TV, complete bathroom. Private parking. A beautiful garden. No doubt to go there.

Camere ampie, luminose e dotate di ogni comfort, alcune con possibilita' di angolo cottura. Bagni eleganti e curatissimi nei dettagli. Non c'e' ascensore, ma sarebbe del tutto fuori luogo in una struttura di questo genere, comunque consistente in soli tre piani. Anche la scalinata che porta alle camere ha un suo fascino. Un' ottima soluzione per vacanze piu' o meno lunghe, o anche solo per un weekend, data la vicinanza al mare e a luoghi d' interesse storico ed artistico, considerando anche il prezzo onesto nel suo genere. (A pochi minuti a piedi si puo' raggiungere, oltre che il centro, anche una pizzeria particolare, il " Lone Wolf" che offre una scelta di pizze davvero squisite.) Un soggiorno nel complesso molto piacevole. Da consigliare. A 'good solution for more' or less long holidays, or even just for a weekend, given the proximity to the sea and to d 'historical and artistic places, considering the fair price of its kind. (A few minutes walk you can 'reach, as well as the center, even a particular pizzeria, the "Lone Wolf" which offers a choice of really delicious pizzas.) A very pleasant stay overall. To recommend.
