We arrived now after 4 hours of travel, despite the booking made on January 20th they did not have the room available. Really poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 4 stelle anziché 3 perché perché la prima volta che ci sono stato è stata una esperienza molto positiva! Il personale è sempre molto disponibile e gentile, i prezzi sono giusti e la villa è bellissima! Però nell' ultimo soggiorno mi ha un po' condizionato stare in una camera completamente cieca!
I put 4 stars instead of 3 because because the first time I was there it was a very positive experience! The staff are always very helpful and kind, the prices are fair and the villa is beautiful! But in the last stay I was a bit conditioned by being in a completely blind room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife Fatima and I stayed at the Villa Griffoni for one night in October 2019, Silvia and Francesco are both gracious and extremely welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived until we departed. The room was grand and spacious with beautiful large windows overlooking the countryside. Francesco was extremely helpful in recommending a cheese factory in Parma called Caseificio Reggiani and the Pedroni Balsamic family farm as well, both places were a wonderful visit. We also had dinner at the L’Osteria del Tortellino which is also very close to the villa.
Beautiful garden, breakfast was delicious.A must stay for anyone visiting Modena & the Parma region.
