★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura a due passi dal Policlinico, ottimo per chi, deve dare assistenza a persone ricoverate. Discretamente pulita, offre colazione all'italiana (no salato) tranne nei giorni festivi, utilizzo di un frigo e di un forno a microonde in uso comune per ogni piano.
Il prezzo è leggermente migliore delle altre strutture in zona.
Structure a stone's throw from the Policlinico, excellent for those who must give assistance to hospitalized people. Fairly clean, it offers Italian breakfast (not salty) except on holidays, use of a fridge and a microwave in common use for each floor.
The price is slightly better than the other hotels in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa accoglienza a due passi dal policlinico di Modena e dall'università punto nevralgico per visitare anche Modena centro possibilità di avere posto auto.
Gli ambienti comuni sono molto carino con affreschi sulle volte, le camere almeno la mia che ho avuto è essenziale, con letto e bagno sprovvisto di accessori e linea cortesia. Ovvio il prezzo è contenuto . Quindi lo consiglio a chi deve soggiornare per molto tempo e non vuole spendere una cifra esorbitante. Personale gentilissimo. grazie di tutto
Hospitality house a stone's throw from the polyclinic of Modena and the university, a nerve center to visit Modena center, possibility of having a parking space.
The common areas are very nice with frescoes on the vaults, the rooms at least mine that I had is essential, with bed and bathroom without accessories and courtesy line. Obviously the price is low. So I recommend it to those who have to stay for a long time and do not want to spend an exorbitant amount. Very kind staff. thanks for everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is perfect, cause its very clean and organized, but the staff is not very hospitable.
In fact when I check out, it took 30 minutes to fix all their papers and they even accused me i have used the kitchen illigally ones, cause i have signed and read their rules. But i have never signed anything and got any rules handbook. So they decided to charge me an extra penalty fee of 10€ to use their kitchen which was always open for the public.
I think tourist bring money and they should be treated very well.
the breakfast is poor, cause there is almost anything to eat and drink.
i think there is a bit of intollerance versus south italian citizen, so VIVA IL SUD...???
one very positive thing, there is petrol station ( Eni) which the gasoline is super cheap.
