Basic hotel, spartan but clean. Reception h 24 I don't know how the poor omnipresent owner does. A prece: please change those horrid old chenille blankets .... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E poi scelto questa struttura perché hai ingannato dalle recensioni. Si presenta di modestissima entità con delle Stanze molto modeste. Accesso al primo piano senza ascensore. Il valore del servizio equiparato alla modesta spesa. Facilità di parcheggio.
And then chose this property because you fooled by the reviews. It presents a modest scale with very small rooms. Access to the first floor without elevator. The value of the service equivalent to the modest expense. Easy parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camere spartane ma pulite, buona colazione, personale gentile e perfino il cinema gratuito nell'annessa multisala. Solo 35 euro al giorno per la singola!!
Great value for money, spartan but clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff and even free cinema in the attached multiplex. Only 35 euros a day for a single room !!

Il posto è ormai parte del passato, con letti piccoli e scomodi, e tutto un po' triste. I proprietari/gestori sono molto cortesi, la biancheria e i pavimenti sono molto puliti, la colazione è triste, mancano posti anche solo per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno (nei quali la pressione idrica è fantastica,ed il sapone è buono) e poi c'è lei... polvere nelle ventole e nei condizionatori che risale alla prima costruzione della struttura, con accumuli degni dei migliori tuguri tossici da film horror. Se soffrite per polvere nell'aria questo posto è l'inferno.

The place is now part of the past, with small uncomfortable beds, and all a bit sad. The owners / managers are very courteous, the linens and floors are very clean, the breakfast is sad, there are no places even to hang towels in the bathroom (where the water pressure is fantastic, and the soap is good) and then there is. it's her ... dust in the fans and air conditioners that dates back to the first construction of the structure, with accumulations worthy of the best toxic hovels from horror films. If you suffer from dust in the air this place is hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK..Positively it's clean, it's not far away from the city centre and the owner is very kind and cooperative.
The negative side is owing to the surrounding area. It's next to a night club and above a cinema (the sound you can hear loud and clear on any floor till around midnight) you could even follow the movie. Therefore it's noisy sometimes and clairaudient.. Also inside the hotel you can hear any noise, even your coughing neighbour.
But if you research before you book, you'll know in advance. So I'll come back. Thanks to the kind owner and the clean rooms.
