Personale educato e disponibile ma la struttura ha davvero bisogno di "aria fresca"data la costante puzza di fumo che proviene dalla sala VLT.Interessante l' iniziativa di poter festeggiare i compleanni per bambini con un offerta davvero niente male.Altro neo per questo posto è la fatiscenza e obsoleta condizione della zona biliardo con stecche rotte e boccini mancanti.Spero in un miglioramento perché il posto merita davvero. Dated place for such a large and possibly unique arcade in the area! Polite and helpful staff but the structure really needs "fresh air" given the constant smell of smoke that comes from the VLT room. Interesting the initiative to be able to celebrate children's birthdays with a really good offer. it is the dilapidated and obsolete condition of the billiard area with broken cues and missing snitches. I hope for an improvement because the place really deserves it.

Il personale, però, è totalmente indisponibile e non professionale. Ho ricevuto risposte scortesi più di una volta e mi hanno anche fatto giocare in una pista da bowling non funzionante senza rimborsarmi e senza interrompere la partita per farmi cambiare pista una volta segnalato il problema. Le misure di restrizione anti Covid non sono rispettate. Viene richiesta la mascherina quando è lo staff stesso a non portarla o a portarla abbassata, mentre il green pass (obbligatorio per accedere al locale) viene controllato a occhio, senza scanner. Complessivamente sconsigliato. The place itself is not bad, there are several bowling alleys, there is billiards and there are arcade equipment. Fun. The staff, however, are totally unhelpful and unprofessional. I have received rude replies more than once and they even made me play in a non-functioning bowling alley without refunding me and without interrupting the game to change lanes once the problem was reported. The anti Covid restriction measures are not respected. The mask is requested when the staff themselves do not carry it or bring it down, while the green pass (mandatory to enter the room) is checked by eye, without a scanner. Overall not recommended.

Però il locale viene tenuto pulito Older place that needs a makeover. The games are fine, but the bowling side has seen better days. But the place is kept clean
