Quello che troverai a Villa Elaia è accoglienza (in nessun posto che sono stato ho mai trovato il latte in frigo) simpatia della proprietà e dei collaboratori, pulizia in una cornice unica! Gli appartamenti al primo piano godono del tramonto sul mare tutte le sere.
Looking for perfection? Don't come here, but don't come south! What you will find at Villa Elaia is welcome (in any place that I have been I have never found the milk in the fridge) interest of the property and employees, cleaning in a unique setting! The apartments on the first floor enjoy the sunset on the sea every evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier 7 nachten geslapen. Erg mooi en groot 3 kamer appartement (nr. 6) op de 1e etage met uitzicht op zee en op het zwembad.
Mooi complex op ca. 200m. van de weg, waarvan je de auto's overigens wel de hele dag hoort, maar niet ziet.
Erg kindvriendelijk, omdat om het hele appartement een hek zat en onze dreumes niet weg kon lopen. Kinderstoel aanwezig.
Privé parkeerplek bij het appartement voor de gasten.
De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien: elecktrice grill, koelkast en aparte vriezer, citruspers, melkopschuimer voor cappuccino. Zelfs een wasmachine en privé bbq.
Gehele dag is bijna een klusjesman aanwezig. Erg handig voor vragen etc. en super aardig ook nog.
Slept here for 7 nights. Very nice and large 3 room apartment (no. 6) on the 1st floor with a view of the sea and the swimming pool.
Beautiful complex at about 200m. from the road, of which you hear the cars all day long, but you don't see them.
Very child-friendly, because the whole apartment was fenced and our toddler could not run away. High chair available.
Private parking space at the apartment for the guests.
The kitchen was fully equipped: elecktrice grill, fridge and separate freezer, juicer, milk frother for cappuccino. Even a washing machine and private BBQ.
Almost a handyman is present all day. Very handy for questions etc. and super nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa formata da 6 appartamenti, 2per ogni piano curati nei minimi dettagli e ben forniti di accessori in cucina e dotati di aria condizionata. Oltre al piano cottura c'è un forno a corrente e uno a microonde, la piastra per i panini, frullatore, tisaniera e spremiagrumi. Alcuni con 2 camere da letto e altri con una.
Tutti gli appartamenti hanno un barbecue e sedie a sdraio, inoltre ha anche un giardino con tavoli e sedie e una bella piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. La casa non è distante dal mare ma è in collina, quindi un po' faticoso per il ritorno.
Villa consisting of 6 apartments, 2 for each floor with attention to the smallest details and well-equipped with kitchen accessories and equipped with air conditioning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Ferienwohnung , es sind insgesamt 8 Wohnungen , 5 davon mit Meerblick. Abends essen und dabei den Sonnenuntergang genießen, herrlich. Einen großen Pool gibt es gibt es auch für die schnelle Abkühlung zwischendurch. Nach St. Maria und ans Meer sind es nur 10 min. Wenn man mal Unterstützung braucht ist Florin , zur Stelle. Er betreut die Grünanlage , säubert den Pool und den Rest der Anlage. Und besorgt auch Mal Grillkohle wenn man es selbst nicht schafft. Sind schon das 3te Mal hier und kommen auch wieder.
Great holiday apartment, there are a total of 8 apartments, 5 of which have a sea view. Eating in the evening and enjoying the sunset, wonderful. There is also a large pool for quick cooling off in between. It is only 10 minutes to St. Maria and the sea.If you need support, Florin is there to help. He looks after the green area, cleans the pool and the rest of the area. And also get charcoal if you can't do it yourself. Are here for the 3rd time and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saubere, gepflegte Wohnung und Anlage. Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein "Hausmeister"ist im Tagesverlauf vor Ort und immer ansprechbar. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hier, deshalb werden wir wieder kommen.?
Clean, well-kept apartment and facility. Very nice location on a slope with a view of the sea. A "caretaker" is on site during the day and can always be contacted. Very friendly and helpful. It is also not far to the beach. We feel very comfortable here, that's why we will come again
