★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel with great sea views. A short walk across a very busy road to the village of Santa maria de castellabate. The walk back up the very steep hill to the hotel is not for the faint hearted. The alternative is the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Check the times as they dont run in afternoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Sept 2018, 2 adults and a child. Room was of a decent size, clean & tidy. Nice views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were ok, breakfast was included and good quality. Pool was poorly maintained and the water was full of dead flies and leaves. Restaurant prices in the evening were ridiculously high so we did not use it, much cheaper (and great quality) food was available in the town. The town is a short walk away but involves steep hill walks which is not ideal. Biggest issue we had was that guests are asked to leave their room keys at reception when leaving the hotel, the keys also operated the room safe. Needless to say we locked valuables in our bags instead. The reception was quite often temporarily unmanned and we were also handed the wrong room key at least once during our 2 night stay which was concerning. Overall we would probably not return to this hotel if revisiting (the beautiful) castellabate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice hotel. very good place. has the best views from the room and from other outside places. all superior rooms have views to the sea. standart rooms to the mountain side. only standard rooms on the first floor has no views...
breakfast food is amazing. everything is good.
staff is nice, no problems.
overall very good place to stay and relax.
