★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, I got a haircut at the barber shop at the hotel and it came out very very ugly and bad. I told the barber who didnt know what she was doing how bad it was, but she refused to give the money back. I really doubt she was a real barber. Dont go here, it's really disgusting!!

The hotel still charged $ 200 cancellation fee on my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely hotel with friendly staff. My daughter got married here two years ago and today we were welcomed for an anniversary breakfast without prior booking. Floriano and the staff always make us feel really welcome. Breakfast is plentiful and food is always good here. Five stars! *****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic 5 star experience! We stayed in a deluxe room for a long weekend getaway and could not have been happier. Excellent service, delicious food and truly welcoming atmosphere made for a great stay. We will be back!
