Ordino dei panini per il pranzo e mi si dice che non ci si può sedere ai tavolini per mangiare, rispondo che vedo seduti dei ragazzi con pizzette o delle specie di rustici e mi dicono " quelli sì ma i panini no ordine della direzione ". Ma se li fate voi entrambi e io li pago perché i panini no e le pizzette sì? Mi guardano e ridono "parlate con la direzione, idea loro". Pazzesco, e dire che lo consigliavo sempre a chiunque come un lido serio e rispettoso. Senza parole.. Ormai il degrado è la mancanza di rispetto per il cliente non ha limiti I have been going to this beach for decades now but evidently it will have changed management because a similar shameful situation has never happened to me. I order sandwiches for lunch and they tell me that you can't sit at tables to eat, I answer that I see some guys sitting with pizzas or some kind of rustic and they tell me "those yes but the sandwiches no management order". Discreto ed elegante nella sua struttura minimalista dal sapore mediterraneo Camere ben esposte con terrazzi tutti vista mare, alcuni dei quali direttamente sul mare Migliorato molto nei sevizi bar - ristorante Siamo stati benissimo Ci torneremo Right place to enjoy a holiday in Acciaroli and surroundings. L'Ancora ha perfettamente centrato questa missione: 1 pulizia estrema 2 vasta gamma di servizi ( parcheggio, spiaggia, bar, ristorante, lavanderia, campo da tennis, piscina, Wifi, SKY tv in ogni appartamento, ecc.) 3 organizzazione ben strutturata con personale gentile e cordiale 4 rispettosissima dell'ambiente e del contesto geografico in cui é inserita a tal punto da aver conseguito la registrazione EMAS per il sistema di gestione ambientale attraverso politiche rispettose quali: la raccolta differenziata presso ogni appartamento sensibilizzando la clientela, l'uso esteso di energia da fonti rinnovabili sia per la fornitura termica che elettrica, rispetto della fauna (l'anno scorso fu protetto un nido di tartarughe Caretta Caretta e presso la struttura fu ricoverata una tartarughina disorientata che fu reintrodotta in mare successivamente), rispetto della flora ( sulla spiaggia viene recintata una vasta area per proteggere il Giglio Marino) ed, infine, perseguimento di una politica PLASTIC FREE sullla spiaggia sensibilizzando i clienti ad evitare l'abbandono di giochi e gonfiabili sulla spiaggia. Cosa si puó volere di più? In a wonderful context, there is a lot to do to offer a tourist service at the height of the landscape. L'Ancora has perfectly hit this mission: 1 extreme cleanliness 2 wide range of services (parking, beach, bar, restaurant, laundry, tennis court, swimming pool, Wifi, SKY TV in each apartment, etc.) 3 well-structured organization with kind and cordial staff 4 very respectful of the environment and the geographical context in which it is inserted to such an extent that it has achieved EMAS registration for the environmental management system through respectful policies such as: separate waste collection at each apartment, raising customer awareness, use extended energy from renewable sources for both the thermal and electrical supply, respect for the fauna (last year a nest of Caretta Caretta turtles was protected and a disoriented turtle was hospitalized at the structure which was later reintroduced into the sea), respect for the flora (a large area is fenced off on the beach to protect the Giglio Marino) and, finally, the pursuit of a policy PLASTIC FREE on the beach, sensitizing customers to avoid abandoning games and inflatables on the beach. What more could you want?
f	francesca colella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto pulito, il residence Ancora è sul mare ed ha una spiaggia molto ampia e ben curata. Gli appartamenti sono abbastanza ampi e tutti con il terrazzino. Offre una ampia piscina privata dove genitori e bambini possono rilassarsi e giocare allo stesso tempo. Ideale per famiglie Very clean, the Ancora residence is on the sea and has a very large and well-kept beach. The apartments are quite large and all with a small terrace. It offers a large private swimming pool where parents and children can relax and play at the same time. Ideal for families
A	Alessandra Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non abbiamo soggiornato al Residence, ma abbiamo trascorso una giornata di mare al lido. La struttura ha un grande potenziale: parcheggio, spazi ampi e moderni. Purtroppo però il personale scarseggia. Non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci e accompagnarci all'ombrellone, se non fosse stato per la bagnina probabilmente staremmo ancora aspettando. I prezzi sono nella norma (25 euro un ombrellone con due lettini). Altra nota dolente purtroppo, sempre collegata alla mancanza di personale, è che c'erano solo 2 ragazzi a gestire sia il bar che il ristorante. Vero è che l'affluenza non era elevata, ma i ragazzi erano visibilmente in difficoltà a gestire il tutto. Il ristorante è mediocre, i pasti erano palesemente riscaldati e, in virtù di questo, i prezzi troppo alti. Sotto l'ombrellone c'erano i cartellini che garantivano il servizio al tavolo che poi effettivamente non c'era (sicuramente perchè i ragazzi non potevano gestire anche le richieste del lido), ma il prezzo non cambiava. We didn't stay at the Residence, but we spent a day at the beach at the beach. The property has great potential: parking, large and modern spaces. Unfortunately, however, the staff is scarce. There was no one to welcome us and accompany us to the umbrella, if it had not been for the lifeguard we would probably still be waiting. Prices are normal (25 euros for an umbrella with two sunbeds). Unfortunately, another sore point, always linked to the lack of staff, is that there were only 2 guys managing both the bar and the restaurant. It is true that the turnout was not high, but the boys were visibly struggling to manage it all. The restaurant is mediocre, the meals were obviously heated and, by virtue of this, the prices too high. Under the umbrella there were the tags that guaranteed the table service that actually wasn't there (surely because the boys could not manage the requests of the beach as well), but the price did not change.
