Camere a tema, ottima colazione e piscina arricchiscono l'esperienza e aumentano il relax che si respira a Villa Desiderio. L'unico cosa negativa è la strada per raggiungerla ma si affronta benissimo. Splendid place in the middle of nature with a crazy view of Pistoia and the "nearby" Florence. Themed rooms, excellent breakfast and swimming pool enrich the experience and increase the relaxation that reigns at Villa Desiderio. The only negative thing is the road to reach it but it is tackled very well.

La villa sia all’interno che all’esterno è veramente spettacolare e spaziosa non parliamo poi dei titolari che sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. I highly recommend this wonderful place, because being quiet and surrounded by greenery, it is able to make you feel totally relaxed. The villa, both inside and out, is truly spectacular and spacious, not to mention the owners who were very kind and always available for any need.

Cristina, la proprietaria, è gentilissima, sempre a disposizione e sa dare ottimo consigli. Abbiamo anche passato là la notte, camere stupende e super pulite senza parlare della piscina con vista sull'uliveto e la piana fino a Firenze. Insomma, luogo super consigliato per il giorno più bello della vostra vita! Wonderful place to celebrate the most important events of your life. I celebrated my wedding at Villa Desiderio, it was a success! Cristina, the owner, is very kind, always available and can give excellent advice. We also spent the night there, beautiful and super clean rooms, not to mention the swimming pool overlooking the olive grove and the plain up to Florence. In short, a super recommended place for the best day of your life!

Very accurate in the furnishings, clean and with all the comforts. Perfect place for a family vacation! Wenn man sich erst mal über Feld- und Wiesenwege und durch enge Kurven bis dort hinauf gefunden hat ist es wirklich schön. Wunderbare Aussicht über die Ebene bis nach Florenz. Die Gastgeber sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer schön und das Frühstück italienisch. Die Adressangabe sollte vielleicht etwas genauer sein, unser GPS leitete uns erst zu einem anderen Hügel mit einer anderen, verlassenen Villa. Es handelt sich hier um eine Villa, kein Hotel und keine Pension oder Restaurant. Es steht (noch) kein Kühlschrank mit Getränken zur Verfügung, so dass man für alles wieder den Weg hinab ins Tal machen muss. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet, es fehlt allerdings an Ablagen für Koffer und Reisetaschen. Die Zimmer ähneln mehr Gästezimmer als Zimmer für Reisende mit Gepäck. An ein paar Stellschrauben drehen und alles ist perfekt.

Anche se un po’ arroccata, vale la pena arrivare per il panorama da incanto, il silenzio della campagna e l’ottima ospitalità! Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti di febbraio ed entrambe le sere abbiamo avuto il piacevole incontro con un cervo che passeggiava tra gli uliveti! Fantastico!!! Nel complesso ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente! Excellent location not far from the center of Pistoia. Even if a little perched, it is worth arriving for the enchanting view, the silence of the countryside and the excellent hospitality! We stayed 2 nights in February and both nights we had a pleasant encounter with a deer walking among the olive groves! Fantastic!!! Overall we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!
