Acquisto in data 11/11/2021 on-line stufa a metano Olimpia Splendid Infra Turbo + altri piccoli articoli di termo idraulica, contatto servizio clienti per alcune info, gentilissimi, pacco preparato e consegnato per la spedizione ad Isernia tramite corriere in giornata. Il pacco sarebbe dovuto arrivare in tra mercoledì 13 e giovedì 14. Inviato il nr° per la tracciabilità della spedizione, tutto regolare.... almeno credevo. Qui ha inizio l'odissea, dal 12/11/2021 il pacco risultava essere sempre in transito (GLS) da Teverola e non raggiugeva mai la sede di destinazione ad Isernia. Il servizio clienti di De Rosa si è subito attivato, gentilissimi, ma anche loro ricevevano come risposta dal corriere "c'è da attendere, abbiamo problemi con i centri di smistamento". Alla data del 16/11 situazione invariata spedizione in transito. Il 18/11 mi trovavo nei pressi della sede di De Rosa, prendevo contatti con servizio clienti nella persona di Mario, il quale dispiaciuto per l'accaduto provvedeva a far preparare nuovamente l'ordine da me richiesto e consegnarmelo di persona. Grazie a tutto lo staff di De Rosa i quali da parte mia non considero assolutamente colpevoli dell'accaduto. ODYSSEY .... ended well. Purchase on 11/11/2021 online methane stove Olimpia Splendid Infra Turbo + other small items of thermo-plumbing, contact customer service for some info, very kind, package prepared and delivered for shipment to Isernia by courier on the same day. The package should have arrived in between Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14. Sent the number for the traceability of the shipment, everything in order .... at least I thought. Here begins the odyssey, from 12/11/2021 the package was always in transit (GLS) from Teverola and never reached its destination in Isernia. De Rosa's customer service was immediately activated, very kind, but they too received a response from the courier "we have to wait, we have problems with the sorting centers". As of 11/16, the situation was unchanged. On 18/11 I was near the De Rosa headquarters, I contacted customer service in the person of Mario, who, sorry for what had happened, arranged to have the order requested by me prepared again and deliver it to me in person. Thanks to all the De Rosa staff who for my part do not consider absolutely guilty of what happened.

Unico difetto: le porte chiuse a chiave si aprono anche dall'esterno, addio privacy! (Bagno compreso...) I bought a set of sliding doors for my new apartment. Well done doors, friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw: the locked doors also open from the outside, goodbye privacy! (Bathroom included ...)
