★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a dead baby lizard in the bed. It was right in the middle of the bed. And when I had to call the hotel 4 times and email them three times to retrieve a charger I left behind. They then made me pay 20 euros to have it sent back to me. Very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to the tangenziale, but cannot hear it from the hotel. Rooms are of a good size but fittings and bed are a bit sparse. No tennis racquets to hire despite courts so bring your own! Staff are rather standoffish. Not a bad value hotel well placed to visit Pozzuoli but nothing special.

The swimming pool was open only between 9:00 and 18:00. Just when we are not in the hotel... so frustrating.
No elevator to access second and third floor. And no help from staff with the heavy luggage!
Room are clean however, and with a lot of space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not check in to room 210-213 these rooms have mold and you'll feel sick.
We stayed in two of these rooms for one night and 4 nights in two other rooms in the main building. these rooms where nice and clean. The pool area is great, but they use way too much chlorine, and will get yellow stains on white towels. Family's living in the area are coming daily to use the pool. At night the restaurant is popular for big events like weddings. Do not expect to have a relaxing night. Loud music and a DJ shouting into a microphone stops at around 2am.
I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends looking for a relaxing holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've loved to stay here with the family.we had great time.The rooms ,the service were amazing .Also the location is great.You have to have a car but everything is this way in Italy much more in the south Anyway I have loved this hotel ..the service is very high level,the breakfast was amazing and one night we had dinner here and everything was just soooo delicious.
Thanks for everything to all the staff.I will surely come back
