Very nice, the arrival already deserves, you pass on a bridge and then you change planet ... The villa is very pretty, the managers present but not intrusive, we were only for one night, but I think we can appreciate the features staying for several days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In cerca di relax con un’altra coppia di amici abbiamo prenotato su Airbnb un soggiorno di 3 giorni senza aver mai ricevuto conferma o risposta alcuna dall’host. Dato che risultava il pagamento sul conto (non contabilizzato) e la richiesta ormai scaduta abbiamo provato a contattarli telefonicamente e la risposta non corretta è stata che avevano già rifiutato e che erano al completo nonostante sui vari siti risultassero ancora disponibili diversi appartamenti per le date da noi scelte. Ci sarebbe piaciuto soggiornare in questa meravigliosa Villa ma data l’incompetenza e la poca chiarezza anche in futuro non prenderemo più in considerazione questa struttura.
In search of relaxation with another couple of friends, we booked a 3-day stay on Airbnb without ever having received any confirmation or response from the host. Given that the payment on the account (not accounted for) and the request now expired, we tried to contact them by phone and the incorrect answer was that they had already refused and that they were full despite the various sites still available several apartments for the dates to be us choices. We would have liked to stay in this wonderful Villa but given the incompetence and lack of clarity, we will no longer consider this structure in the future.
