★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Description is a bit misleading... Was expecting to see more rooms full of mosaics, instead there was one big museum hall where you could walk to see several ancient rooms containing mosaics. A bit pricey for what it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spello is one of the most beautiful hill towns in the area. Don't miss this mosaic museum, they did a beautiful job with the exhibits. The entrance fee is modest and worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1 star is for the museum opening time. ?? On Saturday 1st of June: closing time between 1 and 3 pm!!!! If you go at 12.35 you can’t get in; ticket must be purchased 30 minutes before for a museum that needs 10 minutes to be appreciated! This is the proof Italy doesn’t know how to sell its artistic patrimony!
