 Disappointing service, they hardly seemed to know the country. For some requests they limited themselves to providing a tourist map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les horaires affichés sur le site internet ne sont pas les mêmes pratiqués au “infopoint”. J’ai dû attendre une demi-heure dans un soleil brûlant, car l’horaire été indiqué ouverture 15h quand en réalité ils ouvre à 15h30.
The times displayed on the website are not the same as at the “infopoint”. I had to wait half an hour in the scorching sun, as the time was stated to open 3pm when in reality they open at 3:30 pm.
