Gigantic farm possibly 100 acres with cheese making and many animals on the farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is like countryside rancho where the rich Sicilians hide from urban noise. What a beautiful view from the hotel!
However, there are few things that took points from my review:
- I was disappointed about the five course dinner which was quite poor and and boring therefore didn't reach my expectations.
- The musicians during the dinner were a little bit annoying.
- The staff was a little bit arrogant.
- The artificial grass carpet on the way to rooms made a little bit cheap and fake impression.
- Most of the guests here are retired German people, all the entertainment is tailored to their needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a daytrip and the cooking class - and got all that we could have wished for! Wonderful team, fantastic ambiente and we got taught quite a few tricks I can't wait to take home to my kitchen. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy staying here the fine folks. For us they went that extra mile to help me out when we found ourselves without cash at a nearby petrol station that didn't take cards!
One call to the hotel and they got ones of the team to bring €10.00 so we could get enough fuel to get going.
All the wonderful people working here make it the best place to base a vocation in Sicily. With a hire car all the finest places are an easy drive away. Best tip, quickly adopt to Italian style of driving and there'll be no delays and no road rage, just great fun filled race skill levels of driving with lots of nothing tooting and harmless arm waving.
Please book to come here as you'll really have a good time and be so well fed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are more than happy to help. The chef was more than happy to prepare gluten free pasta on request, we didn't have a car and they drove us to a village 25kilometers away, my nephew was ill and they kindly called a doctor to see to him and they didn't charge! It is bit isolated, you definitely need a car as the nearest town is a fair distance away. The pool is very deep, I'm 5'4" and could just about touch the bottom on my tip toes! You are not allowed in the pool without wearing a swimming cap which they will sell you for 3 euro, not a big deal but if we had known we would have bought our own from home as there were 8 of us, it was a nuisance! Apart from that, we had a very relaxing stay, and I would recommend this Villa as long as you have your own transport!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place. If you want to get away and totally relax. No need to go anywhere else, food is fabulous, morning and night. We're planning a return very soon.
They will pick you up from the railway station, so no need to drive. As it way out in the country. Really can't recommend it enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for a cooking class for a birthday. Best decision we could have made. The food was amazing, the hosts were so welcoming, and the chef Marcello is one of a kind??. We also received a complimentary tour of the agricultural facilities from the boss Giuseppe which was really interesting. All in all, a personal, heartfelt & uber-tasty experience which I'd recommend without hesitation!
