★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Tenute D’Onghia is quiet and peaceful place. We played table tennis and walked in the garden. Ancient town Gioia del Colle is in a few minutes by car from Tenute. You can have dinner, shop something and walk here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We especially liked the perfect cleanliness (congrats for the cleaning lady!), the hospitality of the hosts (thank you for inviting us to your family party, it was so cute!), the architecture of the farm, the consistent breakfast, the animals, the trees. In a word - everything.. Negative: Just the fact that we couldn't stay longer. But we'll return :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value and friendly bed and breakfast. We loved the apartment which was well stocked, as we could enjoy our evening meal back at our table in the courtyard. This is an unpretentious, clean and lovely place to stay. We'll be back!
Btw - we recommend the primitivo red wine they were selling. Delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Breakfast was excellent and so was the apartment. We loved our walks (with the dog...lol) around the woodland trail and it was nice to see the farm animals enjoying the wood as well. Location was first class: in the countryside, but only 5 minutes away from Gioia. From this place one can also reach very quickly all the best tourist locations of the area: Matera, Alberobello, Gravina etc. Highly recommended to all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff Federica and Nicola were very welcoming and generous. We loved sitting in the sun and wandering around the farm. Breakfast was delicious with burratas, different focaccias and cakes every day and beautiful strong coffee. The taxi driver that was organised for us was very kind, entertaining and always on time. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had its own kitchen with all necessary utensils. The whole stay was simply charming. We would definitely come back..
