In realtà sono sempre gentili, disponibili e accoglienti e queste belle virtù le trasmettono ai loro prodotti. Andate a trovarli e ne avrete dimostrazione. I know Marianna, Raffaele and their wines. I don't understand how anyone can say they are rude. In reality they are always kind, helpful and welcoming and these beautiful virtues transmit them to their products. Go find them and you will have proof of this.

Nel primo caso ho potuto apprezzare e toccare con mano la passione di Marianna e suo marito, passione che si traduce in qualità nei loro vini: Est Rosa ormai è un must, ma i loro rossi non sono da meno (Ossimoro ne è un esempio). Nel secondo caso volevo far vivere ai miei studenti una realtà che è tipica del nostro territorio, ma non pensavo di trovare le porte chiuse delle cantine per ragazzi così piccoli, porte che mi sono state spalancate con gentilezza e allegria da Marianna che è stata un'ospite chiara nelle spiegazioni e attenta. Insomma, in questa azienda le porte sono come quelle di casa. I have been to this company more than once, both as a sommelier and as a science teacher of the secondary school. In the first case I was able to appreciate and touch the passion of Marianna and her husband, a passion that translates into quality in their wines: Est Rosa is now a must, but their reds are no less (Ossimoro is an example) . In the second case I wanted to make my students experience a reality that is typical of our territory, but I did not think of finding the closed doors of the cellars for such young children, doors that were opened to me with kindness and cheerfulness by Marianna who was a clear host in the explanations and careful. In short, in this company the doors are like those of the house.

Arrivato con un preavviso di soli 30 minuti, e nonostante fosse gia in atto la vendemmia, sono stati tutti gentilissimi. Gran chiacchierata istruttiva con i titolari, Marianna e Raffaele, che mi hanno permesso di assistere ad alcune fasi della vinificazione, e che ringrazio per la loro disponibilità. Che dire dei loro vini, straordinari. Io consiglio di provarli tutti, ma sono stato rapito da un eccellente rosato: L' ESTROSA. Spero di tornare presto a trovarvi in cantina, magari per assaporare i vini della nuova vendemmia. Today a wonderful experience at the Pietraventosa winery. L	Luisa Dicuonzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche quest'anno ho ricomprato il Rosato Estrosa e l'ho trovato ottimo...sicuramente uno dei miei rosati pugliesi preferiti. Un rosato che ti stupisce dal suo color cerasuolo e dall'intensità e varietà di profumi che sprigiona nel calice...frutti rossi come ribes ,fragoline di bosco, ciiliegie e floreale come la rosa per ammaliarti al gusto con la sua incredibile freschezza. Appena riesco ad organizzarmi mi piacerebbe molto visitare la cantina e degustare anche le altre etichette prodotte magari in compagnia di altri amici sommelier Also this year I bought back the Rosé Estrosa and I found it excellent ... certainly one of my favorite Apulian rosés. A rosé that amazes you with its cherry color and the intensity and variety of scents that it releases in the glass ... red fruits such as currants, wild strawberries, cherries and floral like the rose to enchant you with its incredible freshness. Le etichette più importanti sono: Riserva di Pietraventosa Doc Gioia del Colle Primitivo, Ossimoro Igt Murgia Primitivo, Allegoria Doc Gioia del Colle Primitivo, Volere Volare Igt Puglia Primitivo, EstRosa Igt Murgia Rosato. Si possono fare visite in cantina su prenotazione, anche per degustazione di vino, ma non acquisti che invece si possono fare on line. A farm in a wine-growing area and for this reason it produces DOC primitivo wine. The main vines are Primitivo and Aglianico. The most important labels are: Riserva di Pietraventosa Doc Gioia del Colle Primitivo, Oxymoron Igt Murgia Primitivo, Allegoria Doc Gioia del Colle Primitivo, Volere Volare Igt Puglia Primitivo, EstRosa Igt Murgia Rosato. You can make visits to the cellar by reservation, even for wine tasting, but not purchases that can be done online.

Besides the great pure Primitivo, they are experimenting with new blends with Aglianico (an unusual vine for Aplulia) and with several aging staging in barrique. Lovely.
R	Robertson Wine Tours on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb visit and wines that are extremely fresh and very well made. Definitely a find. You must contact them in advance as they do not live at the winery. Marianna the Owner speaks a great english and I am sure you will enjoy the wines and visit.
