Trattandosi di una struttura privata mi sarei aspettato di meglio al di là della professionalità personale del medico che ti segue. Non consiglieri mai questa struttura anzi é probabile riporteremo sui giornali iltrattamento che ha subito lei e diverse persone conoscenti della famiglia My mom was treated very badly for a simple cataract she suffered and stopped here. Il personale già all'ingresso è così scortese con titti che vedere anziani trattati male solo perché chiedono un'informazione è imbarazzante a dir poco. I medici sono molto scarsi, il livello è basso. Pulizia in tempi di Covid è inesistente. Portinaio che si mette e si toglie la mascherina mentre parla con la gente (in modo molto arrogante). Parcheggio impossibile da trovare (quasi tutti i parcheggi riservati al personale interno) e difficoltà anche per scaricare un paziente con difficoltà o disabile. Insomma non ci torneremo mai più e non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura Really bad experience. Quel che aveva da dirmi il medico l'ho dovuto leggere dal referto perché io facevo domande e lui a malapena mi rispondeva. Mai avuto in vita mia l esigenza di rilasciare una recensione , in questo caso la mia esigenza è per esprime il mio totale disappunto totale verso un servizio vergognoso ricevuto in questa struttura da tutti i dipendenti dove regna sovrana la scortesia dalla reception al reparto infermieristico veramente scandalosa ed irriverente l infermiera bionda che ha seguito mio figlio , che ragguardisce gli ospiti prontamente con risposte stucchevoli e succinte ad ogni minima domanda , parlo di richieste base ! I i discorso differente chirurghi che operano sono molto più disponibili e socievoli. Nightmare hospitals! Non è andata benissimo invece con un lungo ricovero di un mio famigliare, ho trovato il personale medico un po' superficiale e poco attento, a mio parere non all'altezza della situazione. Gli infermieri e gli operatori sanitari alcuni bravi e disponibili, altri meno e poco comprensivi. All'interno della struttura, poco dopo l'ingresso c'è un piccolo bar per consumazioni veloci. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, un po' scomodo e spesso insufficiente; ho lasciato varie volte l'auto fuori, meglio arrivarci con i mezzi pubblici.
