★ ★ ★ ★ ★ piccolo locale dove si possono mangiare buoni borlenghi classici e rivisitati (quelli tradizionali sono molto buoni, per gli altri ognuno farà le sue valutazioni). Le cresentine sono veramente molto buone così come gli affettati presentati che sono di qualità (prosciutto crudo, mortadella, pancetta arrotolata e salame). Suggerirei di aumentare l'offerta dei sottoli e sottaceti perchè le sole olive denocciolate ed i peperoni verdi risultano veramente poco invitanti. Ottimi i dolci e presente, educato e professionale il servizio.

The cresentine are really very good as well as the cold cuts presented which are of quality (raw ham, mortadella, rolled pancetta and salami). I would suggest increasing the supply of pickles and pickles because only the pitted olives and green peppers are really uninviting. Excellent desserts and present, polite and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I borlenghi solitamente si trovano sulle colline modenesi, bello poterli mangiare buoni anche a due passi da Bologna. Buone anche le crescentine e gli affettati, e personale molto gentile. Il locale è piccolo, meglio prenotare. Occorre parcheggiare un po' prima, nelle stradine a destra venendo da Bologna, un po' dopo a sinistra venendo da Casalecchio
