Si possono scegliere piatti anche vegetariani e vegani. La carne, tipicamente spiedini, è cucinata con abilità e molto gustosa sia essa di bovino che montone o pollo. Buoni i vari sughi con cui condire il riso, servito a parte in bianco. E per finire anche i dolci e il gelato non sono da meno, gusti particolari e molto gradevoli. Gentile e disponibile il proprietario, che aiuta con simpatia nella scelta dei piatti da ordinare. Per chi come me non ama il piccante è perfetto in quanto i sapori sono particolari ma non speziati o piccanti come avrei immaginato. Il titolare è vivace e simpatico, pronto a trasmettere l'amore la sua terra e la sua cucina raccontandone vari aspetti. La scelta di piatti è molto varia e lascia ampio spazio a chi mangia volentieri carne ma ci sono vaste scelte di piatti vegetariani e vegani. Molto particolare lo yogurt da bere tipico, acidulo e rinfrescante, ma soprattutto da assaggiare i dolci. Assolutamente consigliato e non vedo l'ora di aver occasione di tornarci. For those like me who do not like spicy it is perfect as the flavors are particular but not spicy or spicy as I would have imagined. The owner explained that they use less oil than most restaurants, keeping the food more healthy. The cuisine is a mix of basmati rice and skewers of different meats and very creative vegetable dishes. Delicious! We tried the set course for two people so we could try many dishes. I lived in London for 3 years in the past and miss this cuisine. So happy to have found it in Bologna! Try this restaurant. You will love it.
