★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperenza tutt'altro che positiva. Mia madre è entrata a Villa Ranuzzi a causa di una demenza avanzata ma in condizioni fisiche buone con paramentri ottimali e camminando con le sue gambe. A causa di uno scompenso cardiaco era in terapia mirata da anni con risultati ottimali. Appena giunta a Villa Ranuzzi il responsabile medico ha modificato subito tale terapia ritenendola addirittura ridicola sia sul piano cardiaco che su quello cognitivo. Nei giorni successivi ha avuto un forte peggioramento a livello psico-cognitivo e per tale motivo è rimasta spesso allettata o al piu sulla carrozzina. E' stata inoltre cateterizzata senza che nessuno ci informasse chiaramente del motivo nè delle reali condizioni generali. La cura sulla persona tanto sbandierata sul sito ufficiale della struttura è risultata molto carente, dal momento che nessuno si preoccupava di farle indossare l'apparecchio acustico da noi raccomandato e senza il quale mia madre non poteva comunicare. Ogni volta che andavamo a farle visita, ne era puntualmente sprovvista. Dopo un mese esatto di ricovero ha avuto un veloce peggioramento cardico e dopo due giorni di coma è deceduta all'ospedale Maggiore. Nessun respondabile della casa di cura si è preoccupato di chiamarci o di farci le condoglianze. Mia madre si chiamava Fernanda ma sui cartellini della biancheria c'era scritto Vittora, per sottolineare ancora una volta il pessimo grado di attenzione verso i pazienti.
An experience that is anything but positive. My mother entered Villa Ranuzzi due to advanced dementia but in good physical condition with optimal parameters and walking on her own legs. Due to heart failure he had been in targeted therapy for years with optimal results. As soon as she arrived at Villa Ranuzzi, the medical director immediately changed this therapy, considering it even ridiculous both on the cardiac and cognitive level. In the following days she had a strong psycho-cognitive worsening and for this reason she was often bedridden or at most in the wheelchair. She was also catheterized without anyone informing us clearly of the reason or of the real general conditions. The care of the person so much heralded on the official website of the structure was very lacking, since no one bothered to put her on the hearing aid we recommended and without which my mother could not communicate. Every time we went to visit her, she was always without them. After exactly one month of hospitalization she had a rapid cardiac deterioration and after two days of coma she died at the Maggiore hospital. No one in the nursing home bothered to call us or offer condolences. My mother was called Fernanda but Vittora was written on the linen tags, to underline once again the poor degree of attention to patients.
