I piatti sono raffinati e minuziosamente composti, persino un semplice maialino su letto di spinaci è qualcosa di sublime. Non capisco la gente che valuta con una stella che problemi ha. Very cordial and customer-focused staff, excellent quality food. The dishes are refined and meticulously composed, even a simple suckling pig on a bed of spinach is something sublime. I don't understand people who rate with a star what problems they have.

Location curatissima in ogni dettaglio. Personale gentile, disponibile e preparato. Cibo ottimo dagli antipasto crudi, freddi e caldi, ai secondi, passando da rivisitazioni di ricette nazionali con un occhio verso il fusion. Bravissimi e complimenti a tutti! A Magnificent Experience The restaurant is under family conditions, housed in an old grandparents' farmhouse that has been beautifully restored. Location with attention to every detail. Friendly, helpful and prepared staff. Excellent food from raw, cold and hot appetizers, to second courses, passing from reinterpretations of national recipes with an eye towards fusion. Un menù in continuo aggiornamento"dove anche l'occhio ha la sua parte". La gentilezza e la descrizione dei piatti da parte della maître lascia a bocca aperta. Ogni volta è una scoperta e non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci!!Avanti tutta ragazzi!!? Servizio e Location sempre perfetti! Sicuramente nel territorio non ha rivali, un'esperienza da provare. There are several dishes tasted in Italy and also abroad, but I can say that those of Villa 58 are on the podium for Quality, Raw Materials and Cooking Techniques. Cucina di ottima qualità...con qualche abbinamento troppo ardito, forse da rivedere (cacio e pepe, buonissima, con gamberi rossi, che si sono persi). Ottimi antipasti, le tartare su tutto, ma anche i filetti di triglia con la salvia in pastella, il salmone, il polpo ? e...insomma tutto. Da ritornarci per provare altro e, speriamo, migliorare il giudizio. Da segnalare anche la gentilezza, giusta, del personale. Nice discovery. Excellent quality cuisine ... with some combinations that are too daring, perhaps to be reviewed (cacio e pepe, very good, with red prawns, which have been lost). Excellent appetizers, tartare on everything, but also mullet fillets with sage in batter, salmon, octopus ? and ... in short, everything.
