I proprietari, la sig.ra Andrea e il sig. Roland disponibilissimi e molto accoglienti. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Un affettuoso saluto ai proprietari We stayed a week in this beautiful and brand new facility with our 2 children. Beautiful place and highly recommended. The owners, Ms Andrea and Mr. Roland extremely available and very welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone. An affectionate greeting to the owners

Appartamenti bellissimi, arredati in stile moderno e dotati di ogni comfort!! La famiglia Folie è gentilissima e premurosa nel farti sentire come a casa. Grazie mille Roland ed Andrea!!! We had the luck and the privilege of being the very first guests of this structure inaugurated at the end of July 2018. Beautiful apartments, furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort !! The Folie family is very kind and caring in making you feel at home. Thanks a lot Roland and Andrea !!!

I padroni di casa sono molto molto gentili, educati sorridenti ed accoglienti. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, con tutto il necessario per stare veramente bene. Il posto è meraviglioso e non solo perchè basta uscire di casa per essere avvolti dall'atmosfera magica del lago di Resia, ma anche perchè la valle Venosta offre tante attività, escursioni, visite a castelli o abbazie, giochi per bambini e adulti (capirete solo andandoci!...) Non ultimo consiglio vivamente la pista ciclabile Resia Merano...fantastica! Grazie di tutto. We have just returned and for the first time I can't wait to write my opinion on this Residence. E'bellissimo, very clean and super new. The hosts are very very kind, polite, smiling and welcoming. We felt at home, with everything we needed to feel really good. The place is wonderful and not only because it is enough to leave the house to be enveloped by the magical atmosphere of Lake Resia, but also because the Venosta valley offers many activities, excursions, visits to castles or abbeys, games for children and adults (you will only understand going there! ...) Last but not least I highly recommend the Resia Merano cycle path ... fantastic! Thanks for everything.

Der Seeblick ist wunderschön, die Wohnung modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberfamilie Folie ist äußerst sympathisch und zu jeder Zeit für die Gäste erreichbar! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft absolut weiter! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! We were the first guests to live in one of the dreamy panorama apartments for two weeks. The lake view is beautiful, the apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The host family, the Folie, is extremely personable and available for the guests at any time! We didn't miss anything. We absolutely recommend this accommodation! Thank you for this great stay!
M	Micha Repky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine phänomenale Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Reschensee, sogar vom Bett aus! Dazu perfekter Ausgangspunkt in die südtiroler Bergwelt. Unser Appartement (Königsspitze) war super-gemütlich, für uns als Paar schien es konsequent durchdacht was Licht, Wärme und Raumaufteilung angeht, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig (z. B. Geschirrspüler, Regendusche, ebenerdiger Fahrrad-Abstellraum). Wegen der guten Fenster hört man nicht einmal die nahe gelegene Passstraße. Phenomenal accommodation with a view of Lake Reschen, even from your bed! In addition, it is the perfect starting point in the South Tyrolean mountains. Our apartment (Königsspitze) was super cozy, for us as a couple it seemed consistently well thought out in terms of light, warmth and room layout, the equipment left nothing to be desired (e.g. dishwasher, rain shower, bicycle storage room at ground level). Because of the good windows, you can't even hear the nearby pass road.

Man hört von den anderen Gästen überhaupt nichts. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und die Wanderregion Reschensee war für uns und unseren beiden Hunde ein Traum. Wonderful holiday apartment with high-quality furnishings and a wonderful view from the breakfast table over Lake Reschen (with Cevedale) in the background. Super soundproof. You don't hear anything from the other guests. Very friendly and helpful hosts and the Reschensee hiking region was a dream for us and our two dogs.

Alles ist modern ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt neben dem kleinen Lift und sehr Nähe zum Skigebiet Schöneben war perfekt! We came to the Alpines with 2 small children for our ski holiday and thought it was great! We had a beautiful and well-kept apartment. Everything is modernly equipped. The location right next to the small lift and very close to the Schöneben ski area was perfect!
