Ho preso un roditore e della sua offerta non c'era niene che andava: la gabbia fornita è minuscola e con le sbarre in metallo, il cibo è di scarsissima qualità, dulcis in fundo ho scoperto dal veterinario che l'animale che mi ha venduto ha la rogna. Per inciso, l'animale che mi ha venduto è malato e può trasmettere la rogna anche agli uomini. Ho chiamato il gestore e ha detto " è il cliente a scegliere l'animale", lavandosene completamente le mani; chiaramente il posto è fatiscente, passabile di denuncia. Cosa che, tra l'altro, farò sicuramente.
Non comprate da gente così incompetente.
Bad activity, his animals are kept in terrible conditions. I took a rodent and there was nothing that went with its offer: the cage provided is tiny and with metal bars, the food is of very poor quality, last but not least I discovered from the vet that the animal that sold me has mange. Incidentally, the animal he sold me is sick and can transmit mange to humans as well. I called the manager and said "the customer chooses the animal", washing his hands completely; clearly the place is run down, subject to complaint. Which, by the way, I will certainly do.
Don't buy from such incompetent people.
