In breve, dopo la posa degli infissi (circa un'anno fa) abbiamo notato una piccola venatura sul vetro di una finestra. A dicembre ci era stata confermata la sostituzione della finestra difettosa ma ad oggi, dopo più di 2 mesi, non abbiamo più avuto nessuna notizia. Su questo lato MOLTO delusi. In short, after installing the fixtures (about a year ago) we noticed a small vein on the glass of a window. In December the replacement of the defective window was confirmed but to date, after more than 2 months, we have not received any news. On this side VERY disappointed.

Poca serietà . Grazie all'interessamento della proprietà, il problema è stato brillantemente risolto , con puntualità e precisione , del resto la qualità del prodotto non era mai stata messa in discussione. Nonostante le numerose richieste il rivenditore non si è degnato nemmeno di rispondere. Pessima esperienza. A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queste sono finestre con doppio vetro e tendina interna. Dopo un anno dal montaggio questo è il risultato. Macchie bianche interne al vetro e per loro è normale! (risposta dopo 10 giorni di telefonate, senza neanche che venga un tecnico). Umido che si forma solo su queste finestre e solo da questo inverno... per il mio rivenditore è tutto normale.... Una tendina è anche bloccata!!!! These are double glazed windows with internal curtain. This is the result after one year of assembly. White spots inside the glass and for them it is normal!
