★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi e anche un po' fastidiosi... Pessimi: in 20 giorni, dico 20 giorni, non sono stati capaci di mandarmi uno straccio di risposta per un preventivo impianto. Ma dopo 3 gg. dal contatto la pubblicità della loro mailing list, quella, me l'hanno mandata al volo! Inefficienti "ma" fastidiosi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dispongo di una caldaia a condensazione mod vitodens200 matr 7246703 installata 05 /11 .anno 2007 a ravenna in via c. madonnina 9.. tecnici installatori utilgas artigiana ..dopo un contollo tecnico x un anomalia i i mi dicono che il tutto e'' dovuto ad un perdita di acqua nello scambiatore di calore ..il loro responso è di installare una caldaia nuova ..io sono rimasto un po' allibito la mia casa è stata costruita nel 1974 da allora ho avuto nel tempo altre 2 caldaie di durata molto maggiore dell'attuale ..e le ho cambiate non x rottura ma per aggionamenti migliorativi..sono a chiedervi un vostra seria proposta di riparazione o sostituzione della stessa con trattamento di favore...diversamente mi vedro' costretto a rivolgermi ad un legale ed informare del l'accaduto i vostri potenziali clienti attuali e futuri..gerazie e saluti TD.
I have a condensing boiler mod vitodens200 matr 7246703 installed 05/11. 2007 in ravenna in via c. madonnina 9 .. technicians installers artisans utilgas .. after a technical check x an anomaly ii tell me that everything is due to a loss of water in the heat exchanger .. their response is to install a new boiler .. I was a little stunned my house was built in 1974 since then I had over time 2 more boilers of much longer duration than the current .. and I changed them not for breakage but for improvements ... I'm asking you for yours serious proposal to repair or replace it with preferential treatment ... otherwise I will be forced to turn to a lawyer and inform your current and future potential customers of the incident .. thank you and greetings TD.
