Vi ho chiamati, consigliato da un amico, per un intervento tecnico (guasto) e per la contestuale manutenzione periodica annuale, ciò per contenere i costi; ben due telefonate ma purtroppo siete venuti per il solo intervento riparativo. Il guasto, avendo peraltro già io suggerito cosa sostituire, è stato effettivamente sanato solo che la caldaia, da subito, ha iniziato a perdere un po' di acqua. Ricontattati siete tornati e il nuovo tecnico, commentando in modo poco lusinghiero verso il suo precedente collega ha fermato la perdita di acqua, però ho dovuto nuovamente pagare (per cosa? Forse per il precedente «disservizio"?), forse sarebbero state più opportune delle scuse per il precedente intervento non effettuato a regola d'arte. Alle rimostranze di mia moglie, sull'ulteriore balzello, la nuova spesa è stata giustificata con un non meglio identificato altro lavoro (quale la necessità se già funzionava tutto? E poi, al primo intervento non se ne era accorto?), chissà... Il giorno successivo, di buon mattino, ho scorto che la copertura della caldaia, quella frontale, non è stata inserita nella guida, quindi "ciondola". Credo sia tutto... Not recommended ...
