★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati x l'ennesimo intervento visto che l'acqua sanitaria arrivava a 80 gradi e negli interventi precedenti non erano riusciti a risolvere il problema
premetto che la caldaia l'avevano seguita loro da circa 3 Anni
compreso verifiche e pulizie
erano in zona quindi sono arrivati subito
un intervento da 10 minuti senza nemmeno aprire la caldaia x dirmi che loro non potevano farci nulla
e mi consigliavano di sostituire la caldaia
Fino a quel momento mi avevano sempre detto che loro si occupavano di riparare le caldaie e che non facevano montaggi del nuovo
Quindi ho chiesto un preventivo x la sostituzione
Il preventivo è arrivato e non economico assieme a una fattura di intervento da 100€
Ho chiesto spiegazioni visto che la cifra x quello che avevano fatto mi sembrava eccessiva
Mi è stato risposto che se installavo la loro caldai nuova mi avrebbero scalato i 100 €
Mii è sembrato un ricatto

I called them x the umpteenth intervention since the sanitary water reached 80 degrees and in the previous interventions they had not been able to solve the problem
I state that the boiler had followed them for about 3 years
including checks and cleaning
they were in the area so they arrived immediately
a 10-minute intervention without even opening the boiler to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it
and they advised me to replace the boiler
Up until that moment they had always told me that they were in charge of repairing the boilers and that they did not do new assemblies
So I asked for a quote for the replacement
The quote has arrived and not cheap together with a € 100 intervention invoice
I asked for an explanation as the figure for what they had done seemed excessive to me
I was told that if I installed their new boiler they would have deducted the € 100
It seemed like blackmail to me
