Ho rotto il cambio e ho dovuto trovare qualcuno che me lo ripararsi al volo. Per mia fortuna, ho trovato Daccordi Cycles. In meno di due ore il cambio era a posto e per un prezzo più che onesto. E, giusto per non farci mancare nulla, sono gentilissimi Daccordi Cycles is simply the bike shop that everyone would like: well-stocked, quality materials and, above all, it has a respectable workshop. I broke the gearbox and had to find someone to fix it for me on the fly. Luckily for me, I found Daccordi Cycles. In less than two hours the gearbox was in place and for a more than fair price. And, just so we don't miss anything, they are very kind

M	Marco Baroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza pessima mi sono recato appositamente per acquistare una nuova bici essendo già possessore di una Daccordi usata, un signore molto gentile mi ha fatto aspettare una responsabile, da qui l'assurdo, dopo avermi detto di avere problemi di consegne con i fornitori (e io aver risposto di non avere alcuna urgenza) mi ha detto un paio di cifre approssimative a voce in piedi vicino alla porta, trattandosi di una spesa di oltre 4.000 euro mi sarei aspettato un po' di considerazione, invece neanche una spiegazione tecnica ne tantomeno un pezzo di carta con due numeri e un preventivo formale, praticamente sembrava di disturbare deduco che probabilmente non abbiano bisogno di vendere. 24/10/2021 in risposta al proprietario se partire in due persone fare 30 minuti di strada e dire "vorrei acquistare una bici" non è mostrare interesse probabilmente il problema è solo mio. Il giorno stesso ho acquistato una bici nuova di un'altra marca e in questi giorni la persona che era con me ne ha acquistata una dallo stesso rivenditore. Comunque visto che siete un'azienda con produzione locale Vi auguro ogni successo e spero che utilizziate questa recensione per magari migliorare il Vostro approccio alla clientela. bad experience I went specifically to buy a new bike since I already own a used Daccordi, a very nice gentleman made me wait for a manager, hence the absurd, after telling me that I have delivery problems with suppliers (and I replied not to have any urgency) he told me a couple of approximate figures verbally standing near the door, since it was an expense of over 4,000 euros I would have expected a little consideration, instead not even a technical explanation nor a piece of paper with two numbers and a formal quote, it practically seemed to disturb I assume they probably don't need to sell. 24/10/2021 in response to the owner if two people leave for 30 minutes on the road and say "I would like to buy a bike" is not showing interest, the problem is probably mine alone. The same day I bought a new bike from another brand and these days the person who was with me bought one from the same dealer. However, since you are a local production company, I wish you every success and hope that you will use this review to perhaps improve your approach to customers.

Inutile dire che la bicicletta, con la quale ho percorso già molti chilometri è perfetta !
