A Marzo 2021 ho acquistato una camicia, tra l'altro molto costosa, e una volta indossata a casa mi sono accorto che dietro aveva un difetto di cucitura. Ovviamente l'ho portata in negozio facendo presente il problema. A oggi 05/10/2021, non solo non mi è stata restituita la camicia ma non ho alcuna notizia da parte del venditore. Cosa imbarazzante per un negozio di questo livello. Mi sono presentato più volte senza ricevere riscontri, oltretutto con la promessa che sarei stato contatto telefonicamente. Se questo è la serietà, allora siamo messi male.
Unfortunately, I reluctantly have to say negative words for this shop that I have frequented for many years and made several purchases. In March 2021 I bought a shirt, which is also very expensive, and once I wore it at home, I realized that it had a stitching defect on the back. Obviously I took it to the shop pointing out the problem. As of today 05/10/2021, not only has the shirt not been returned to me but I have no news from the seller. Embarrassing for a shop of this level. I presented myself several times without receiving feedback, plus with the promise that I would be contacted by phone. If this is seriousness, then we are in a bad way.
