Dispiace solo, leggere anche qui, recensioni negative da persone che cercano di eludere le regole in vigore per tutti mettendo in cattiva luce dipendenti che stanno semplicemente svolgendo il loro lavoro.
Well-kept shop and kind and knowledgeable staff. Great affordable prices for everyone. I'm sorry, too, to read here too, negative reviews from people trying to circumvent the rules in place for everyone by putting employees who are simply doing their jobs in a bad light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stelle non si possono dare! Personale scortese e di una maleducazione fuori misura ! Consiglierei al brand Tezenis di cercare personale più idoneo! Oggi verso le 18 leggo capienza massima 30 persone , non le vedo ,entro la ragazzina ( commessa) con tono sgarbato e scocciato urla che non possiamo entrare , ok mi fermo intanto si forma una coda fuori lunghissima , dentro poche persone non certo 30. Aspettiamo vedo uscire 5 persone e allora entro..ripresa all’istante ,dovete aspettare ! La faccio breve aspettato 30 minuti fuori per aspettare i comodi di queste 4 ragazzine arroganti con dentro 4 persone che ci hanno fatto entrare dopo le varie richieste della fila ! Signorine: è da due anni che viviamo in emergenza covid le regole le sappiamo e le vediamo !e le rispettiamo! Una signora bloccata ed assalita verbalmente e fatta uscire perchè mascherina di stoffa! Ma la signora aveva su quella di stoffa con sotto la mascherina chirurgica !! Siete solo delle vergognose , e maleducate !SE NON AVETE VOGLIA DI LAVORARE STATE A CASA !!
Zero stars cannot be given! Rude staff and an outsized rudeness! I would recommend the Tezenis brand to look for more suitable staff! Today around 18 I read a maximum capacity of 30 people, I do not see them, within the girl (shop assistant) with a rude and annoyed tone screams that we cannot enter, ok I stop meanwhile a very long queue forms outside, inside a few people certainly not 30. Let's wait I see 5 people come out and then I go in .. shot instantly, you have to wait! I make it short waited 30 minutes outside to wait for the comforts of these 4 arrogant girls with 4 people inside who let us in after the various requests in the line! Ladies: we have been living in a covid emergency for two years, we know the rules and we see them! And we respect them! A lady blocked and verbally assaulted and let out because a cloth mask! But the lady had on the cloth one with the surgical mask underneath !! You are just shameful, and rude! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK STAY AT HOME !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutissima esperienza, dopo essere entrata in negozio e aver praticamente finito di scegliere gli articoli che volevo acquistare sono stata fermata da una vostra dipendente che, davanti a tutti mi ha intimato di uscire perchè non avevo la mascherina ffp2. Inutile dire che non mi vedrete mai più e che riferirò l'accaduto a tutte le persone che conosco. Già, come commercianti vi lamentate che avete i negozi vuoti, come ho potuto ossservare anch'io in piena settimana di saldi, se andate avanti così meritate veramente di chiudere. Addio e vergognatevi!!!
