Ti senti dire al telefono che le misure partono dalla 36 da donna, in realtà l'azienda produce a partire dal 35. Mi è stato regalato un paio di scarpe (36)e non c'è stato verso di avere il numero che mi serviva, il 35. Gli ho chiesto se potevano ordinarlo...risposta negativa. Ho preso un altra scarpa,per fare cambio, sempre 36 perché non c'erano alternative se non cambiare modello. Il risultato è di avere tra le mani una scarpa che sei stata costretta a scegliere perché non c'erano alternative,scarpa che rimarrà inutilizzata.Mi spiace ma, visto la tipologia di negozio , mi sarei aspettata un servizio diverso.
