Il modello di scarpa che volevo non c'era in negozio in quel momento, ma lei ha provveduto subito ad ordinarmelo garantendomi che sarebbe arrivato dopo 2 giorni a casa. infatti cosi è stato, quindi voglio ringraziare Gloria per la sua disponibilità e poi tutto lo staff.

I came to the shop on 12/21 to get a pair of shoes as a gift, I immediately found Gloria a very friendly and professional girl who helped me with the purchase. The shoe model I wanted was not in the store at that time, but she immediately ordered it for me, guaranteeing that it would arrive after 2 days at home. in fact it was, so I want to thank Gloria for her availability and then all the staff.
