It always has fresh and quality products, definitely recommended! Prices much higher than in Puglia but you know an ice cream at the equator you pay it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mozzarella buona anche se vaccina. Occhio però alla focaccia con i pomodori (12€/kg), probabilmente per la qualità dell'olio utilizzato, in quattro commensali ci è rimasta sullo stomaco con una nausea allucinante.
Good mozzarella even if vaccinated. But watch out for the focaccia with tomatoes (12 € / kg), probably for the quality of the oil used, in four diners it remained on the stomach with a hallucinating nausea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di specialità pugliesi che merita sicuramente una visita. La qualità dei latticini, freschi o stagionati, è indubbiamente eccezionale. Le ricotte, le burrate sono freschissime ed hanno un sapore che nulla ha a che fare con quelle dei supermercati. Vastissima anche la varietà di prodotti da forno come frise, friselle, taralli ed altri prodotti tipici (..e squisiti..).
Apulian specialty shop that is definitely worth a visit. The quality of dairy products, whether fresh or cured, is undoubtedly exceptional. The ricotta, the burrata are very fresh and have a flavor that has nothing to do with those of supermarkets. There is also a huge variety of baked goods such as frize, friselle, taralli and other typical products (..and exquisite ..).
