Entriamo in questa concessionaria intenzionati a vedere un preventivo per l'auto nuova, salutiamo, e i 3 addetti non rispondono. Proviamo ad aprire le auto x vederne le caratteristiche, ma le auto sono chiuse a chiave. Aspettiamo 5minuti, magari qualcuno arriverà, invece niente, ognuno continua a farsi gli affari suoi. Usciamo e nessuno che saluta di nuovo. Bene, Seat scartata....ci rivolgeremo ad altro marchio. It's called ViaVai because the sooner you go away, the better! E	EMANUELE GIOVANNI BOZZA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in concessionaria mercoledì 21 ottobre 2020 in mattinata, trovo una venditrice ad accogliermi e chiedo informazioni sulla seat ibiza la risposta è la seguente: "una cosa veloce, perché sono da sola è stamattina ho una riunione", così mi da in modo frettoloso un bigliettino da visita e mi invita a ritornare, allora chiedo se c'e la possibilità di parlare con un altro venditore ma mi dice che non è possibile parlare con nessun altro. L	Luca C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo come tutte le concessionarie (o per lo meno quelle con cui ho avuto a che fare io) molto bene fino alla firma del contratto di acquisto, venditore simpatico e copetente. Poi un disastro. Riuscire ad avere delle risposte telefonicamente è quasi impossibile, bisogna presentarsi sul posto sperando di evitare file e comunque i venditori non sembrano molto propensi a risolvere i problemi (grandi chiacchiere ma poca sostanza). Auto ordinata a fine maggio con consegna prevista a fine agosto. Oggi che è il 5 ottobre ancora non riesco a sapere una settimana di produzione, non che sia colpa della concessionaria, ma almeno una risposta il cliente la meriterebbe. Il voto è pertanto la media tra le 5 stelle della parte iniziale e le 0 stelle della fase post firma contratto. Personale e location da 5 stelle. Molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente e disponibilissimi a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Un'esperienza che ripeterò sicuramente.
