★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più !!!!! ho acquistato a maggio 2021 un Ford transit custom usato ,del 2018 con motore nuovo sostituito dalla casa madre, al momento dell'acquisto il venditore mi dice che ho 2 anni di garanzia sul motore ed un'anno di legge sul furgone, passano 8 mesi ho problemi al volante mi reco alla Ford sciarra per un controllo mi dicono che devo lasciarlo mi organizzo lo lascio il giorno dopo mi dicono che non sentono rumori, quindi di ritornare poi quando si ripresentasse il problema, faccio 200mt e il rumore si ripresenta ( non lo avevano neanche provato ) lo porto dal mio meccanico di fiducia ,e dopo una breve analisi mi dice che si tratta della pompa dell'idroguida, torno alla Ford sciarra e chiedo di farmi la sostituzione della pompa dell'idroguida in garanzia mi dicono che il mezzo e USATO e non ha garanzia ..... A questo punto mi chiedo un mezzo pagato 12500€ dopo pochi mesi si rompe un pezzo e giusto snobbarmi senza risolvere un problema considerando che io e la mia famiglia siamo clienti da anni avendo acquistato diverse auto nuove ? Bene io la sostituzione la faccio tramite il mio meccanico quindi pagando ma voi avete perso un cliente ANZI 3.
Never again !!!!! I purchased in May 2021 a used Ford transit custom, from 2018 with new engine replaced by the parent company, at the time of purchase the seller tells me that I have a 2 year warranty on the engine and one year of law on the van, 8 months pass I have problems behind the wheel I go to the Ford scarra for a check they tell me I have to leave it I organize I leave it the next day they tell me that they don't hear noises, so to come back when the problem recurs, I do 200 meters and the noise returns (not they had not even tried it) I take it to my trusted mechanic, and after a brief analysis he tells me that it is the power steering pump, I go back to the Ford scarf and ask to have the power steering pump replaced under warranty, they tell me that the vehicle is USED and has no guarantee ..... At this point I ask myself for a vehicle paid € 12500 after a few months a piece breaks and it is right to snub me without solving a problem considering that my family and I are clients have you been buying several new cars for years? Well I do the replacement through my mechanic so paying but you have lost a customer ANZI 3.
