Availability, courtesy, professionalism. Some workshops of large automotive groups sometimes manage the customer as if it were just a number, but here the customer feels he has a "friendly" workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e professionale sia al front office che in officina. Sono una golfista da anni, a volte x risparmiare mi sono rivolta ad officine non Volksvagen....spesso procurandomi danni, e devo ammettere che alla fine ritorno sempre al Centro Service autorizzato. Grazie allo Staff.
Friendly and professional staff both in the front office and in the workshop. I have been a golfer for years, sometimes to save money I turned to non-Volksvagen workshops ... often causing me damage, and I must admit that at the end I always return to the authorized Service Center. Thanks to the Staff.

Il preventivo presentato non è stato spiegato rianendo un po' fumoso nell'intervento. La spia del motore di color arancione nel cruscotto mi è costata 350 €, credo un po' troppo, ma ne avevo bisogno per proseguire con la vacanza. Personale gentile e disponibilità dell'auto sostitutiva.
VW Service Point which I needed due to a catalyst problem during a holiday in Grottammare. The budget presented was not explained by resurrecting a bit smoky in the intervention. The orange engine light in the dashboard cost me € 350, a little too much I think, but I needed it to continue with the holiday. Friendly staff and availability of the replacement car.
